Do you enjoy futuristic fattening scenarios using advanced biotech cybernetics & body-augmentation to grow impossibly obese - while limiting combating & eradicating the health issues risks & complications of wildly unbridled extreme weight gain? And is feedist transhumanism a promising potential approach to fulfilling our most fattening fantasies IRL?

ryoxxl:

I have often wondered if nullifying health issues associated with obesity and excess weight might be medically easier than trying to fight the body’s nature predilection towards putting on weight. Naturally this would facilitate the fatty kinksters like us to floomp into astonishingly large fat blobs and enjoy ourselves, but it’s certainly a decent prompt for a story either way.

Transhumanism does interest me a lot, even though the space is being clogged by annoying tech bro billionaires building nightmare machines, but I find the idea of technology allowing you to transform into the creature, gender and size you desire very alluring.

I have an innate urge to transform and fatten, but perhaps i’m 100 years too early to transform myself into a furry earth goddess of gluttony, seducing you to join my cult of hedonistic love.

Voice on the Aether:

Have your OCs changed evolved or developed in any surprising ways over time as you reworked them from your original conception of who & what their characterisation was initially intended to be? And if so, how?

ryoxxl:

I've definitely enjoyed playing around with my feminine/female fox girl fursona Suzie, who has rapidly become a fave OC. It was fun to start off with the premise of how i'd like to present myself as a furry... It turns out that I ideate myself as a big, soft woman full of nurturing energy but a rock/goth gritty aesthetic to give her some gumption and strength (and match my clothing and music tastes). Strong feminine traits, fiercely loving but also sexually open are some things I'd like to have more of. It's been really fun to explore it and let it evolve. I never felt the need to have a fursona until I realised this is kinda where my heart lay, so it's now evolving with a reflection of my own personality, furry silliness, a community aspect where people are conjuring up scenarios and stories that are beyond flattering and satisfying to read. She might evolve independently into something more individual, but at the very least she's a bit of an avatar for this account and my fat furry art in general. I think she's slowly becoming more of a softie, but the party girl is still in there... a bit of a reflection of my own age.

Increasingly, because of the obscurity of her original anime source, Ryoko and her furry/TF'd offshoots are sort of OCs, hopefully not too close to Sonic recolours on DA circa 2007. People just assume she's mine when really it's just because I love putting teal spiky hair on things and going "oooh look what you've turned into" and anybody under 30 has never heard of Tenchi. It's pure theft. I've answered a few Qs already as to why it never gets old for me. I guess it's the same reason some artists love to draw Rouge. Timeless baddie girls are peak.

Occasionally you hit a rich seam of inspiration and the rhinoko and generally affinity with drawing beast-like rhino girls has been very fun, and it turns out a little underutilised in furry art. Work your niche! She's definitely grown into multiple "alts" where she's either more cuddly and anthro versus becoming an extremely transformed brute or animal hybrid. Huge personality contrasts and characterisation there. As always, when I get positive feedback for something and people start to suggest stuff based on OCs or unique designs I get a big boost and more stuff begins to spill out my kinky brain. It also guides their development and I've reworked things because I know it gets people off haha! I never know where things will take me and this one has definitely stood the test of time from a fickle artist's brain.

Altogether, there are more OCs that I am desperate to let evolve by drawing them more, adding some fluff or backstory. The Scottish cow girls + Yumi (old OC who has a Ludmilla-like TF into a big purple dragoness xenos) melded into a single universe of mythos vs xenos BBW that I can flesh out (in multiple ways) is a goal. I imagine the good "local" mythos fighting back against a draconic and malevolent xenos incursion with lots of heavy girls plotting against each other would be mildly popular, and allow for some stronger characterisations, incrementally better designs and personality development. It's kinda cool how much hotter a character becomes when you see them go through range of feelings and experiences. It certainly makes them more real.

It's nice to see you experiment with different artistic aesthetics, like your recent Sticker styled & Toony pics! I hope we get to see more cool, cute & quirky variance in your work in future! I feel it might even be fun to see you attempt a dumpy, doughy 'daily doodle' - sketching your Fatties with different visual modes, approaches & techniques; from hyper-realistic to super-stylised! It'd be great to see how it broadens, enhances & enriches your ongoing art!

ryoxxl:

Thanks so much! I find a lot of enjoyment not sticking to one particular style, both out of a desire to improve but also out of curiosity. Skipping around though, I'm not sure I can ever pull off anything as good as somebody who draws the same style as a proper signature!

I also have a short attention span and need to get art out there quickly to fulfil an idea! This is where the idea of a "daily doodle" or the rapid sketches came in. Good practice, more content... but the quality had to drop. Sometimes I wanna super stylised cartoony flub, other times I want something that looks like it jumped out of a body horror comic. I do want to do more vector/sticker art. I have some plans in that department once I complete this latest batch of comms.

I appreciate the support and kind words as always, I wish I could deliver more and more, and it feels nice to be able to share even a half baked idea as a sketch and get feedback!

Voice on the Aether:

Which of your OCs do you most closely identify with on a personal level, and why?

ryoxxl:

That plump, black haired fox girl I now draw frequently was always a reflection of myself in silly fat furry form. Her name is “Suzie”, and she’s an OC in her own right and may or may not evolve independently, but I had been toying for years with the idea of making a fursona. After all those years I STILL ended up becoming a basic bitch fox (my second choice was to make a cow fursona FYI!) It’s an odd feeling to come out to yourself as A: a real furry, B: somebody who ideates as a member of the opposite gender as an ideal and C: a very fat person, all in one fell swoop, but there she is! Much to unpack.

I think the weight of all three points (pun intended) and perhaps just waiting for the right environment and social surrounds to come clean with myself was behind the long wait to draw an OC like her. Either way, it has been really fun, wherever it leads, and it’s nice she’s got a little fan following looking to see just how fat I make her. One thing’s for certain, I get to play dress up and feed some of my own personal fantasies along the way, which is one of the crazy things about being an artist. For the most part, I have self-ideated a LOT as the characters I draw— it’s really the engine behind my art. I have habitually used drawing as a cope or escape strategy since I was a kid and Suzie is like the most recent and compete form of that. It’s a psychoanalyst’s wet dream right there haha.

So yeah, as a weird little niche artist doing my thing you also get to peer inside my mind when I draw characters like Suzie and I’ll probably reserve her for situations, scenarios and experiences I most identify with or desire. Design-wise she is that kind of brash, rock-chick, strong, but feminine girl I have always admired and loved. Aside from the kink stuff, I would love to draw her more expressively as, pointing out the obvious here, characters with a range of emotions feel much more real and interesting… and I sure as hell have a range of emotions! It’s all in the name of practice and getting better at art, I swear…

Do you prefer characters who're solely fixated infatuated obsessed & excited by there own obesity gluttony and weight gain? Or those who're fanatically focussed on feeding fattening & fulfilling the feedist appetites of others? (Or maybe some marvellously mutual insatiably ideal blubbery balance of both?)

ryoxxl:

My stories and scenarios do tend to fixate more on the 1st person feedee perspective, where the subject’s enjoyment and arousal (guilt and kink laden as it might be) around their own unleashed gluttony and weight gain pulls the plot along. It’s really interesting how I’ve not written or drawn much from the 3rd person perspective of a feeder or onlooker. Feedee brain clearly takes over when I’m all excited to draw or write 😋.

The idea of making an OC who is a feeder to either my sona or an another cute character is very compelling. They’d need some development, otherwise they’d simply morph into somebody who is merely every feedee’s ideal: a caretaker, cook and admirer who loves to fatty fuck! (Hmmm why would that be a bad thing?)

Also, the idea of a feeder having an inner monologue describing their desire to turn somebody into a fatty and how amazing they might look is a fresh perspective and already getting me a little excited. When a feeder and a feedee both get on the same wavelength it’s mega sparks and probably the most erotic thing to experience in this kink space! Plus the fat just piles onnn uwu

With Easter approaching, might we see any big blubbery bunny BBWs; eagerly indulging their delicious addiction to chocolate from you in future? 🐇🍫👯‍♀️🥚🤎🐰 (I'd honestly LOVE to see your personal take on the 'Cadbury Caramel Bunny' girl in particular! 💝)

ryoxxl:

Oh I can't believe I let Easter pass by and not draw the sultry Cadbury's Caramel bunny! I remember that ad on TV growing up during that interesting period of British TV where every brand seemingly had a really well-animated furry mascot. I've got her down as a must as I have neglected the buns. They're so cute, and moody, but with naturally big hips. I have a 11 months to get her done.

Are you into magical/instantaneous weight gain? Or is that 'Cheating' & spoils the gradual growing thrill of getting fatter; pound by slow sensual pound, calorie by captivating calorie, morsel by mouth-watering morsel. Stringing out your delusional sense of denial indefinitely. Assuring yourself you're not fat, can always slim down later & quit gorging whenever ya want. The comforting complacency of your inexorably insatiable appetites helping your obesity gradually grow & grow without concern shock & alarm. And no jarring moment of sudden, surprised revelation letting slip just how hoggishly HUGE you've become, to risk jolting you outta your fattening fun!

ryoxxl:

I find that magical/instantaneous weight gain is satisfying when the weight gain or TF is sometimes unexpected or involuntary. Suddenly blorping into a blubberball is a lot like those cartoony weight gain tropes that can be alluring when it's done right, with that sudden transformation both shocking and highly contrasted with their previous shape, i.e. Ludmilla's dragon TF. In my opinion, you absolutely have to include some post-TF content to really explore how that character is reacting to their new body, whether it's horror or happiness, or a mixture of both. It's hot to combine the sudden drastic change that might have happened because of an arbitrary curse or revenge with a longer story of adaption to a permanent TF where somebody is now adjusting to growing half a ton of fat on themselves, or more.

When I write weight gain stories, sudden WG is just another mode of transformation: the changes are fast, overwhelming and uncontrollable. This feels like a more like wobbly and soft offshoot of the TF kink rather than feederism, which is much more about savouring the journey and experiencing every new pound in all its squishy glory.

Feederism and the gradual WG experience is sexy because it can describe in juicy details all of the changes to a body over time as well as the impacts of fat on lifestyle, energy levels, appetite and so much more. The psychological element of gradual WG is also exciting, with an initial curiosity and apprehension leading perhaps to denial until, finally, they give into all their piggish desires. The slow pacing of weight gain allows for a contrast in how fat changes on the body relative to the person's weight, starting off as a chubby or curvy beauty and ending with eating themselves into immobility or at the very least a waddling 400 lbs heifer trying to handle every day tasks. All angles and stages of WG are hot, and you can build kinky anticipation much more easily with the slow gain.

You also see a mix of the two quite a lot. The first 300 lbs are slow and sensual, and the final 700 lbs to turn them into room sized piles of flub happens in the last 2 pages!

Do you have any favourite feedist fiction or writers who craft the most tantalizing, exciting & steamy weight-gain stories? (Either furry or non-furry)

ryoxxl:

Good question! I honestly find that fiction writers for TF, furry and feedism manage to hit areas us artists just can't. I get crazy hot over stories... and should really illustrate some!

In terms of different writers, I have regrettably read and misplaced so many stories without remembering the writer, but two writers that stand out at the moment for me are
whatsonsecond on FA, especially because I was able to do some cover art for them and I love their StarFox stuff. For the gaining/TF and everything in between I have been a big fan of AdmiralAkbar1 on FA (WhatZ1tT00ya on X) for a while... his stuff helps in my own personal corruption.

If people have any recommendations or want to send me their own stuff I'd love that!

I love the Scottish Gal representation in your art! I ADORE their accent, hearty vivacity & status as the FATTEST in Europe! I mean seriously, what's not to love, right?!

ryoxxl:

As Scot away from home am that person who is constantly over-romanticising but it's such an amazing place and amazing people, even the midges. The highland weather almost demands a heavier-set body and a strong personality to endure it, so the girls I draw are both well padded physically but have the gumption to live up there and thrive. My mother is a highlander, and they tend to exhibit a kind, generous, loyal but also very strong rebellious nature with a brash sense of humour. They like their peaty whiskies too.

The influx of fried food and "Munchy Boxes" from Glasgow has certainly contributed to their waistlines, but it’s a region, at least in my mind, of shorter, plumper people who have a lower centre of gravity to withstand high winds. That might just be me though.

In all, of all my OC headcanon settings, my least publicised, but perhaps most fully-developed is a series of characters or stories around a farm or remote community in Scotland where the mythical rubs shoulders with the normal human population. There’s a lot of spooky folklore up there to intermingle with some voluptuous OC shenanigans. What’s not to love? Nessie is a babe. A bunch of English or American travellers who happen upon a farm in the highlands managed by some huge Jerseylander (Jersey X Highland) cow girls is a recipe for something fun. “Loch Lindas”?

Fast-food, junk-food & cheep, greasy, high-calorie c**p? Or fancy food, fine dining & luxury cuisine? What's ya fav feedism, gaining & stuffing scenario?

ryoxxl:

I cook a lot at home and I enjoy cooking as often as I can, which makes getting fast food a real treat of both convenience but also a BIG guilty pleasure. Getting totally piggish with a table full of hyper-processed junk would feel crazy fun and adds to that feeling of totally letting go and allowing the most sultry feederism urges to win. I also eat fast food crazy fast, so you bet I'd be inhaling at least three burgers, a kilo of fries and a box of twelve nuggets before my brain even registers it! After that expect me to be horizontal somewhere, sipping a milkshake feeling sorry for myself and my gut bloat.

That's my feedee side, but my feeder side kind of likes the idea of treating somebody to insane levels of either fancy restaurant fare or lovingly prepared home cooking. I really really enjoy good food and am always talking myself out of going to nicer places... I have to remind myself that you're paying for the service, not just the food! I fixate on the ingredients and the quality, but there's nothing that can beat a professional chef in making things taste sooo good. I'd love to pamper somebody and cover the bill, giving their waistline a chance to explode in the wake of some seriously fine dining!
